FAQs
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We’re happy to provide free estimates—and in many cases, we can quote straight from a photo. Just fill out our form to get started.
Can I send you a photo of my plumbing issue for a quote?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a leaky pipe, an old water heater, or a mystery fixture, send us a picture and we’ll let you know your options—fast.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
They are! Our team is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington, and trained through a certified union apprenticeship program.
Do I need to be home during the plumbing repair or installation?
Not necessarily. We can coordinate access with you ahead of time, depending on the location of the issue and scope of work.
What’s better—traditional or tankless water heaters?
Tankless systems offer endless hot water, better energy efficiency, and longer lifespans. Traditional heaters cost less upfront but need replacing more often. We’ll help you choose what’s best for your home and budget.
Can you install a gas line for a BBQ, fireplace, or outdoor kitchen?
Yes! We install gas lines for outdoor grills, fire pits, heaters, and appliances—and make sure everything is safe and up to code.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the area immediately and call 911 or your gas provider. Once it’s safe, give us a call and we’ll handle the repair.

Do you work on remodels or new construction projects?
We do! From full plumbing installs to fixture setting and venting, we partner with homeowners and contractors to keep projects on track.
Can you work with my general contractor or builder?
Absolutely. We coordinate with other trades to make plumbing one less thing to worry about on your job site.
What are signs I might have a sewer or drain issue?
Slow drains, gurgling toilets, wet spots in your yard, or strong odors are common red flags. We’ll help you figure out if it’s a clog, break, or root intrusion.
Do you service septic systems?
We repair lines between your home and septic system, but we don’t service septic tanks themselves. If that’s what you need, we’ll connect you with someone we trust.
Why should I consider a rainwater retention system?
It’s a great way to reduce your water bill and make use of the PNW’s endless rain—for irrigation, landscaping, or even greenhouse watering.
Do you offer plumbing inspections before a home sale or purchase?
We do. A full system inspection can help you catch issues before they turn into expensive surprises.
